Located in Coutances, this 110 m² holiday home welcomes up to 11 guests across two floors. Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms and a living room that can serve as an additional sleeping area. The house features three bathrooms: two shower rooms and one full bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy time together as a family. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, and a high chair for young children. Relax in the private garden or on the open terrace and enjoy the tranquil countryside setting. The property is near a small farm specializing in livestock and permaculture, allowing you to experience the charm of the Normandy countryside and bocage, while remaining close to sandy beaches and the cultural heritage of the Coutances area. You are welcome to bring a pet during your stay. Please note that parties are not allowed. A shared charging station for electric vehicles is available. Regarding pets: dogs from categories 1 and 2 are not accepted. A cleaning package is available for an extra fee.
